Hello Beautiful Is a Must-Read Family, Identity, and Healing

Hello Beautiful! Even if you are a bookworm, have you ever looked at the pages of a book with blank eyes? Or have you ever experienced moments where the phone wins the dilemma of a book or telephone before sleep? It was such a period for me; unfinished books formed a small mountain at my bedside. While Hello Beautiful was on my to-read list on Goodreads, one evening I decided to go ahead and start reading it on Kindle.

Normal People: An Honest Opinion

Normal People An Honest Opinion

Normal People! You have been chosen as the first winner of this series. Fortune? I gave up on writing about Normal People a while ago. Because even though I tried to read this book at various times, I could not get to the end. My “perfectionist” soul, which does not like to leave things unfinished, had difficulty accepting this. Then I learned that a friend of mine had the same thing happen to her and couldn’t finish the book.

But isn’t it normal for all of us to have different opinions and express them? That’s why I decided to write. Normal People is one of Sally Rooney’s most popular bestsellers. For those who don’t know or haven’t heard of it, the book Normal People was also adapted into a twelve-episode romantic TV series. I’m pretending that you’re overly curious about my opinion. Let’s get started now.

The Bridgerton Book Series with 2nd Epilogues: The Bridgertons Happily Ever After

The Bridgerton Book Series with 2nd Epilogues The Bridgertons Happily Ever After

The Bridgerton book series continues its popularity without slowing down with its loyal audience. In 2013, this series’s 9th and last book considered the starting point of my enjoyment of historical romance, was published. If you, like me, love historical romance series and have read the series much earlier, this book contains innovation and surprises for you. Julia Quinn Bridgerton’s book readers may wonder, “So what happened next?” It answers the question. I enjoyed reading it because it touched on curious topics and told stories that went forward and backward in time. But I think the story everyone is curious about is obvious. The story of the mother of the family, the one and only Violet Bridgerton. Are you one of those who are curious like me? If so, let’s take a look together.

The Ops Room Girls: The Story of Brave Women in the Shadow of World War II

The Ops Room Girls The Story of Brave Women in the Shadow of World War II

Bookstore strolls have always been like therapy for me. When I think about it, the bookstore where I like to go on these wanderings has been closed for a while. That shop where I wandered around and read books has been a coffee shop with a sea view for a while. I still remember how much fun I had wandering around the books, pens, and notebooks when I walked around that shop. It was a delightful ritual for me, and I continued it somehow. These days, when life is hugely digital, I also continue to follow the Kindle daily deal and store. This is how I read the book The Ops Room Girls by Vicki Beeby. When I look for e-books on Amazon to find an enjoyable and easy read, I can rate The Ops Room Girls as an easy and fun historical fiction book.

Lessons in Chemistry: Revolution in the Life and Kitchen

Lessons in Chemistry Revolution in the Life and Kitchen

Lessons in Chemistry were on my reading list when I saw the title, even before I read the back cover. Elizabeth Zott appears in a research institute in the 1960s at a time when it was difficult to work as a woman in an all-male team. Another heroine in the world of science! Lessons in Chemistry novel touches on many things. It tells us about love, gender inequality, being a woman, not being “average”, and the importance of being yourself. And that we can find the strength within us when life draws a different path. She reminds us that living life to the fullest requires courage. That looking for strength elsewhere actually makes you weak. Through Elizabeth Zott, author Bonnie Garmus wants to remind us that no woman is “average”. Let’s dive into the book together from different angles.

Decoding “It Ends with Us”: Not A Love Triangle

Decoding It Ends with Us Not A Love Triangle

As someone who usually consumes popular things late, I decided to read the novel “It Ends with Us” when I came across it this year. Colleen Hoover brought this novel to life by self-publishing it on Amazon in 2016. And the author is gaining momentum with “trending Booktok books”, one of the most known phenomena of TikTok. 5 years after the release of “It Ends with Us” with the best books on Booktok in 2021, it gained great popularity and provided a rapidly rising reputation for both the book and the author. I learned these in my mini-research session, which I was curious about after purchasing the book. The book creates a feeling of romance at first glance. When we read the description of the book, it makes us say it’s a love triangle. But while reading the book, you come across a very raw, honest, and compelling story. I can’t say that I found a romantic story as I expected, but I think it gave me more than I expected.

Below Zero: Embracing Steminism, A Love Story and Arctic Adventure

If the category of the book is romance, it’s time for a real guilty pleasure for me. This love even reflects on the content I watch, I can’t help but love it. I came across Ali Hazelwood’s books while browsing Kindle books on Amazon with the desire to read a Romcom book. After taking a glance at the reviews and the summary of the book, I honestly wanted to give Below Zero a chance.
