While Hello Beautiful was on my to-read list on Goodreads, one evening I decided to go ahead and start reading it on Kindle.

Decoding “It Ends with Us”: Not A Love Triangle

Decoding It Ends with Us Not A Love Triangle

As someone who usually consumes popular things late, I decided to read the novel “It Ends with Us” when I came across it this year. Colleen Hoover brought this novel to life by self-publishing it on Amazon in 2016. And the author is gaining momentum with “trending Booktok books”, one of the most known phenomena of TikTok. 5 years after the release of “It Ends with Us” with the best books on Booktok in 2021, it gained great popularity and provided a rapidly rising reputation for both the book and the author. I learned these in my mini-research session, which I was curious about after purchasing the book. The book creates a feeling of romance at first glance. Unforgettable Friendship: An In-Depth Look into Kristin Hannah’s “Firefly Lane”

Unforgettable Friendship An In-Depth Look into Kristin Hannah's Firefly Lane”

The story is always the most important to me. No matter how the story is delivered to you, the only thing that matters is the essence of the story. The nice part about getting stories through books is being able to belong to that world while you spend your time between those pages. And the curiosity and excitement of the next page have always been addictive for me. Another passion of mine is to have characters from novels on the screens that I can’t get enough of watching. That’s why I love the adaptation of the stories and lives that I enjoy reading in the form of TV series/films.

Although the productions adapted from the book are sometimes disappointing, some of them can be simply perfect with their plot, editing, and cast. I enjoy comparing these productions with the books, examining their differences, and especially the expectation that occurs before they appear. It is wonderful to see what comes to mind on the screen when I am between the lines and to compare places and people with the fiction in my head. But I try to put myself in a conscious expectation. Because I also know that I will not find the richness of the book on the screen.
